Step 1 – Sales Consultation:
Each member of our sales team is a seasoned payroll expert who understands that your business has its own special needs. There are numerous workforce options in the industry, and rather than bogging you down with choices that don’t apply to you, we find out what your area of concerns are and fit you with the best solution.
Step 2 – Integration:
Your sales consultant will identify a reasonable start date, and then will work together with a payroll specialist to achieve that goal. At this point, all we need from you is your information. Your sales consultant will be on hand to assist you in getting any needed paperwork together and can even come to your office and assist you in printing the best reports to get the job done.
Step 3 – Training:
Once you are setup and ready for your first payroll, our team won’t simply drop you and shuttle you to an 800 number for questions or concerns. Every company likes to submit their time differently and has different human resource and time and attendance related needs. Whatever your situation, our friendly staff will be there to give you as much time as you need to make sure that you understand how to submit time, access and read reports, integrate with your accounting software, etc.
But that doesn’t mean we are. Each and every one of our employees is trained to help you and assist with all of your needs. Unlike other national payroll providers, we don’t give you an (800) number and walk away. We’re in it for the long haul, and that means continuing assistance and support when you need it.
